Highlights of the 2018 Audi Q7

Three-row luxury SUVs are in
great demand, as shoppers look for the best blend of styling, cabin space,
utility and performance. The 2018 Audi Q7 is one such model that fits
this segment perfectly, delivering the attention to detail and tech features customers
expect. Here's what to look for when shopping for an Audi in Toronto, Canada.

Exquisite
Cabin

Audi cabins are a work of art,
with controls logically placed where they belong and the quality of said
controls nothing short of solid. Audi's fit and finish is the envy of the
industry, especially important when bespoke leathers, metal trim and other
top-notch materials are in place.

The best seats in the cabin are
in the front row, offering the kind of support and adjustment a driver
requires. From the shoulders to your thighs, your frame is lovingly
cosseted.

Coming in a close second for
comfort are the middle row seats. In fact, if you're a tall passenger, you'll
be pleased by the amount of legroom available. As for the third row it is tight
for adults, but with sufficient room for your younger passengers.

Three
Trim Lines

Shoppers will find three trim
lines with the 2018 Audi Q7:

•   Komfort -- Leather and heated seats are
standard equipment with this trim, with available upgrades to enhance the
ownership experience.

•   Progressiv -- The middle trim steps
things up a notch with its music interface and navigation system.

•   Technik -- For buyers who insist on the
best of luxury and technology, the Technik trim has what you want.

To enhance your ownership
experience, Audi offers numerous package upgrades, including Driver Assistance,
Luxury, Dynamic Ride and S Line Sport packages. Individual upgrades include
21-inch wheels, comfort seats, Valcona leather trim, and various
accessories.

Two
Engine Choices

The all-wheel drive Audi Q7
offers a pair of engine choices. A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine
makes 252 horsepower and 272 pound-feet of torque. This one has a 0-100 km/h
time of 7.4 seconds with fuel consumption of 11.0?l/100km.

Also available is a 3.0-liter
supercharged six-cylinder engine with 333 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of
torque. This engine has a 0-100 km/h time of 5.7 seconds with fuel consumption
of 11.1?l/100km.

Audi pairs both engines with an
eight-speed automatic transmission. It can also be operated in manual mode for
those times you want a more engaging driving experience.

On
the Road

Regardless of your engine choice,
the Audi Q7 delivers a stellar ride quality, spot-on steering and excellent
handling. Off-the-line acceleration is superior in the V6, with both models
delivering ample passing power.

Navigate wet roads and Audi's
heralded Quattro all-wheel drive system delivers the grip you need. Models with
the available height-adjustable air suspension system will be pleased with this
feature, ideal for tackling snowy, windy and rising roads.

Our recommended engine is the V6,
especially if you plan to carry a full load of people and their gear. It is
ideally suited for heavy loads and won't flag under the added weight.
