As we all do our part to keep each other safe, please know that at Audi Midtown Toronto we're still open to help keep your Audi properly maintained. If you're due for regularly scheduled service or have questions regarding your Audi, we're here to help. We've implemented procedures to provide a safe and comfortable experience. As we navigate through the current COVID-19 situation, we have changed our processes to serve you better and keep you safe.
- Book your appointment online, text or by phone.
- Park in the designated area, and leave your keys in your vehicle or dropbox.
- A service advisor will keep you updated about the status of your vehicle.
- The service report and invoice will be emailed along with payment options.
- Before pick up, your vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected, and your keys sanitized.
Our new service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We are now open Saturdays from 8 AM to 2PM. Please note our service department is closed on Sunday.
