Operating the charge door and charger is straightforward with these steps:

Unlocking and Opening (e-tron and e-tron Sportback Models): When the vehicle is unlocked or the Advance Key is nearby, simply press the button located at the top right of the charge door. This action prompts the charge door to smoothly move outward and downward, providing easy access to the charging socket. In cases of emergency or special circumstances, a manual charge door release is located under the hood near the driver-side "A" pillar.

Opening (e-tron GT Models): On e-tron GT models, open the charge door by applying the appropriate pressure to the bottom corner of the charge door flap. This method is akin to opening the fuel door on Audi gas models and ensures quick and convenient access.

You have two options to check the remaining charge in your Audi e-tron:

Instrument Cluster Gauge: Monitor the gauge on your instrument cluster, which displays the current battery charge level along with the projected remaining range based on that charge. This allows you to track your battery status while driving.

myAudi App: Use the myAudi app to check the battery status remotely when you're not near your e-tron. This feature enables you to prepare for your upcoming trips and schedule vehicle charging at specific times, ensuring your Audi is ready when you need it.

If the remaining range warnings at 99 km and 49 km are disregarded, and the e-tron is driven until it reaches 0 km range, the vehicle will come to a stop. However, you will still have enough range left to safely pull over. At this stage, a two-stage emergency start reserve becomes available, allowing the vehicle to be driven a short distance out of potentially hazardous areas. Once this reserve is utilized, the vehicle can only be restarted after it has been recharged.
